We have secured a £1.5m full mechanical & electrical package delivery at Lingfield Lodge – an exciting redevelopment of an existing retirement home into a mixed tenure, extra care facility in the heart of East Grinstead.
Working with ENGIE, our team will deliver complete mechanical & electrical services throughout 48 contemporary sheltered apartments, social hubs, fitness areas, hairdressers, dining and lounge rooms.
Incorporating a number of energy saving measures, the project will see the replacement of the current, outdated and vacant retirement home. In its place we will be helping to deliver a modern, energy efficient building capable of providing much needed extra care for the elderly.
Works on to commence in August 2020.
